Field Force Efficiency Analyst

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of Field Force Efficiency Analyst in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

Sales Force Management

• Sales target setting and forecasting (SO target, Focus target) for stores in all regions for all promoters
• Top Focus Models to sale list preparation and managing
• Budgeting on monthly basis
• Calculation of Promoters Salary according to the motivation system (hourly rate, target achievement, calculation of sick leave and vacation) + verification (agency, HR, Retail team)
• Calculation of Regional Trainers and Merchandizers Salary according to the motivation system
• Promoters perfomance and stores for allocation evaluation 
• Managing of vacancies for CE RM Field Force

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• 3+ year of relevant experience (Finance Analyst, Sales Analyst, Field Force Specialist, HR Admin)
• Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel (complete formulas, pivot tables, PowerBI)
• strong intermediate level of English
• excellent communication skills and high responsibility level
• completed high education in Economics or equivalent
