Загальні обов’язки

Під контролем керівника відділу логістики та в якості представника технічної служби прибиральниця відповідатиме за чистоту приміщень компанії НІ.  

Загальні функціональні обов’язки:

• Прибирає/займається пранням/підтримує чистоту приміщень компанії НІ;
• Повідомляє керівника про пошкодження приміщень та обладнання; 
• Повідомляє керівника про роботу приладів безпеки (визначники газу та диму, наявність вогнегасників)
• Знає про місце знаходження вогнегасника та знає, як ним користуватися;
• Дотримується графіку проведення прибирань у приміщеннях компанії;
• Прибирає підлогу, робочі столи, телефони, копіювальні пристрої, комп’ютери;
• Прибирає ванні/туалетні кімнати;
• Перевіряє наявність паперових рушників і туалетного паперу, мила, тощо;
• Підливає квіти та вазони;
• Викидає сміття з корзин для сміття в офісі та на кухнях;
• Пере рушники;
• Контролює справність газових приладів на кухні;
• Вимикає світло ввечері та замикає двері;
• Прибирає в холодильнику;
• Прибирає верхні та нижні кухонні шафи;
• Миє вікна, балкон, кухню;
• Миє стіни та двері;
• Пере штори;
• Прибиральниця повинна повідомляти своєму керівнику про випадки недотримання вимог чистоти та порушення безперебійного функціонування приміщень.

УМОВИ РОБОТИ

PROGRAM BACKGROUND

Handicap International “HI” (operating as Humanity & Inclusion) is an independent and impartial international aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. Working alongside persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, our action and testimony are focused on responding to their essential needs, improving their living conditions and promoting respect for their dignity and their fundamental rights.
 HI is currently opening a multi-sectoral life-saving assistance to displaced and non-displaced populations in Ukraine such as :   Protection, shelter, health, NFIs, food security and livelihoods, water, sanitation, hygiene, and education and strengthening and supporting access to mental health and psychosocial support; provision of basic and domestic items including food, unrestricted cash assistance, and core relief items.

General Mission

Under the Logistic Manager’s supervision and as part of the support unit, the Cleaner main role will be to ensure that HI premises are clean.  

Functional general responsibilities:

• Provides cleaning/housekeeping/laundry services for the HI premises
• Informs the supervisor about damages on the building as well as needed equipment 
• Informs the supervisor about security factors (gas and smoke detectors, fire extinguisher)
• Knows the place of fire extinguisher and how to use them
• Follows cleaning frequency lists of HI premises
• Cleans floor, desk, telephone, copier, computers
• Cleans bathrooms / toilet
• Supplies hand and toilet paper, soap, etc.
• Waters plants and flowers
• Empties paper basket, ashtray
• Takes care of water reserves
• Washes towel
• Controls gas in the kitchen
• Makes sure all lamps are turned off in the evening and doors are locked.
• Cleans fridges
• Cleans cupboard upper & lower
• Cleans windows, balcony, mainly kitchen
• Cleans walls, doors
• Washes curtains
• The employee may be asked to perform duties and task not covered in this job description as well as to provide support to other departments when necessary
• The cleaner must inform his line Manager about all unpleasant manners regarding the cleanliness and the smooth functioning of the premises.
