Architect, HVAC, Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking professionals with expertise in architecture or HVAC/mechanical engineering, particularly those with a strong background in construction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spatial awareness, proficiency in 3D modeling software, and the ability to interpret basic architectural drawings.
About Our Company:
We are an architecture firm that specializes in system coordination. We receive planning from all consultants—architecture, construction, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing—creating a unified model to identify and resolve all planning issues. We propose solutions and alternatives to resolve these issues and return them to the consultants for plan adjustments.
Our primary work involves public buildings, residential towers, hospitals, hotels, warehouses, and all complex system projects, with less focus on private homes.
We are a leading and long-standing firm in 3D system coordination in Israel, with 20 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and BIM Collaboration Pro for design and documentation tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Apply expertise in HVAC systems or mechanical engineering principles to contribute to project designs and solutions.
- Interpret and analyze architectural drawings and specifications at a basic level.
- English level: upper intermediate and above.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in the construction industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of building processes.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and familiarity with BIM tools.
- Strong spatial awareness and ability to visualize designs in 3D.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Experience with energy modeling or simulation software.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
