You will be directly responsible for:

• Handling events inquiries, from proposal to contracting and event management
• Ensuring enquiries are converted into confirmed business
• Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any outstanding issues to ensure future business
• Striving to meet and exceed hotel agreed target Identifying and developing new and existing contacts/clients
• Identifying and developing new and existing contacts/clients

What are we looking for?

• Proven Sales experience, preferably within a hotel / tourism environment
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Customer and sales-oriented attitude
• An expert ability to negotiate and 'close' a sale
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Required qualifications

• Preferably University degree in business \ sales fields
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales field is a plus 
• Excellent Microsoft Office command
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian
