• ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with guests and team members;
• ability to effectively deal with internal customers and external guests, which requires tact, patience, and diplomacy;
• Conflict resolution skills and multitasking;
• previous ANY hotel operations experience is preferred.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

• check-in/ check-out the guests;
• respond to guests' inquiries;
• ensure total guest satisfaction and safety;
