Regional Sales Manager to work in Bulgaria

We are constantly working on improving the quality of products, increasing the level of service provision and the professionalism of employees. Due to the expansion of activities in the European region and increasing the scope of work, we invite you to join our team on the position of the Regional Sales Manager to work in Bulgaria and cover the Balkans market.

Candidate requirements:

• complete higher education (preferably in the field of foreign trade, international relations, economics or management);

• similar work experience of 3 years or more in trade and sales, preferably experience with food and agricultural products;

• fluency in Ukrainian, Bulgarian and English (Upper-Intermediate), other languages also will be a benefit;

• negotiation skills, high communication skills;

• confident PC user;

• the possibility of living in EU;

• personal qualities: responsibility, initiative, sociability, multitasking, honesty, result-oriented.

Main functional competences:

• searching and development of the data base of new customers, processing inquiries and preparing commercial offers;

• conducting negotiations, meetings with clients, concluding contracts;

• implementation of the sales plan in the relevant sales channels and control over the timely fulfillment of obligations by counterparties under contracts;

• support and provision of import-export permit operations, organization of logistics;

• performing operational data reporting.
