Responsibilities:

  • Effective team leadership and help the logistics team (10 people) to motivate, direct, and advise in daily tasks and issues 
  • Ensure team members have the necessary trainings to perform their jobs- Monitor and adjust the workload distribution within the team when necessary to ensure maximum operational effectiveness
  • Promote collaboration and remove obstacles to teamwork
  • Utilize existing metrics and propose changes or new ones to ensure proper control of the logistics activity
  • Record-keeping
  • Participate in staff training and evaluation to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Effectively communicate with team members and management to resolve customer issues and answer questions
  • Keep abreast of market conditions
  • Achieve business results for key performance indicators and other organizational objectives
  • Manage all communications in compliance with business policies- Identify, monitor, and resolve customer complaints (involve other department's team leaders if needed)
  • Organize and supervise team activities 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the area of responsibility
  • Be available after hours or on weekends to provide operational support and guidance to the team (be the first point of contact for your team)
  • Provide daily staffing, rotation and scheduling direction and decisions, including coverage for breaks, lunches
  • Identify issues or gaps and implement structured solutions

Requirements:

  • Good communication level English, Ukrainian, Russian MUST HAVE 
  • Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly
  • Excellent customer service orientation; an effective problem solver and communicator with customers and teammembers
  • Able to perform data analysis and generate various reports as needed
  • Strong interpersonal & Team building skill
  • Project Management and audit experience will be seen as an advantage
  • You are flexible, hardworking and work well under pressure
  • Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory / leadership experience preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years of Experience in Expedite
  • Must have demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Cofident level of using Excel Sheets for running reports
  • Must be able to shift priorities as required
  • Prepare routine reports and correspondence
  • Demonstrate yourself  expample to the team of hardworking and top results
