Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

We are looking for an experienced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to manage and oversee the financial strategy and operations of the business. This is a fully remote position, offering competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial operations and strategy of the company.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Provide insights for continued growth and profitability.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Oversee payroll, accounting records, and cash flow management.
- Manage financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to strategic planning and budget development.
- Lead a team of 3 finance managers.

Requirements:
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years in finance.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with US markets is a strong advantage.
- Background in telecommunications or construction industries is preferred (note: IT and cryptocurrency/blockchain fields are not considered relevant).
 

Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (2+ years) and Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- English proficiency at B-2/C-1.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Schedule:

-Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CDT (Chicago) / 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Kyiv time.
