HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our international team. The successful candidate will be a key player in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
* Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent;
* Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals);
* Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews;
* Participate in the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers;
* Manage the onboarding process, including new hire orientation, paperwork processing, and employee benefits enrollment. Guide new members through the onboarding process to make them feel at home from day one, hold regular 1:1 meetings, etc.
Employee Relations:
* Ensure that each team member has enough support in their daily work to achieve exceptional results;
* Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and work-life balance. Build and cultivate strong, trusting relationships with people in the team, creating a community where everyone feels part of something bigger;
* Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance management, coaching, and development. Provide information, recommendations and ideas on managing and motivating people. Help our managers to do their best to ensure that the results are the best and everyone in the team is satisfied with the cooperation.
Documents workflow/Benefits Administration:
* Manage the necessary primary documents, process them with accounting|law associates;
* Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other voluntary benefits.
Training & Development/Events management:
* Managing various events. Help to organize and coordinate internal events that not only bring us closer together, but also celebrate our achievements and milestones;
* Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs. Identify and implement employee development opportunities;
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
* 2+ years of experience in a related HR|Recruitment role;
* А special strive for creating and maintaining warm team atmosphere and perfection in communication;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to listen, negotiate, and communicate in a way that makes everyone around feel valued and understood;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
