Truck dispatcher

American trucking company operating on the US trucking market is currently recruiting truck dispatcher.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers on a daily basis
• Negotiate competitive rates with brokers and customers
• Ensure full daily coverage for all trucks
• Report performance, challenges, and process improvements directly to upper management
• Stay up to date with and comply with DOT regulations
• Support drivers: assist with routing, navigation, and resolving on-road issues

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in U.S. trucking dispatch
• Experience with TMS platforms and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency: B2-C1 level
• Schedule: 8 am — 5 pm EST
