Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, is looking to strengthen their team with Human Resources Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Searching, interviewing and hiring candidates for driver positions in the USA according to the company’s requirements.
• Conducting candidate searches on American job sites and social networks.
• Providing communication with the drivers throughout the period of work with the company.
• Collaborating with representatives of other departments to resolve current issues with working drivers.
• Handling calls, correspondence of the existing candidate base.
• Collaborating with representatives of other departments to resolve current issues with working drivers.
• Maintaining accuracy in the ATS system and candidate reporting.
• Maintaining document management.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above (both written and spoken skills).
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on results.
• Ability to work under stress and effectively multitask.
• Proficient time management skills.
• Experience of working with SRM (ATS).
• Demonstrated desire for professional growth and development.
