Requirements:

• English level — advance;
• Well-organized;
• Stress-resistant;
• Attentive to the details;
• Analytical;
• Multi-tasking;
• Having relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
• Confident PC user — excellent systems knowledge: MS Office, Excel, experience in sales, Strategic Planning Abilities, Collaboration and Motivation Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting (looking for a new candidates — posting advertisements and searching for prospects);
• Communication with potential candidates via calls, messages, emails, explaining company policies and details of cooperation: Collecting and checking required paperwork to meet the stated requirements;
• Effective communication and follow up;
• Conducting minimum of 50 calls daily;
• Keeping all the working process in the CRM System;
• Maintaining positive business relationships;
• Maintaining database;
• Multitask between answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails. Dealing with the difficult customers (Taking part in solving conflicts and complex cases with contractors according to the algorithm and list of the issues HR Department is taking care of). Conducting hires according to the set goals and quotes according to the experience and working period; Conducting discipline and dismissing conversations with contractors;
• Filling up daily reports, Survey calls.
