SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

ELEKS Legal Department is looking for Senior Legal Counsel in Ukraine (Lviv, Kyiv).

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in law
• 5+ years of experience in law
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with client-facing agreements (including NDA, SOW, MSA, DPA) in various international business transactions
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong coordination skills
• Advanced level of English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with EU data privacy regulations
• Work experience at international companies
• Professional certifications and completion of specialized courses

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting, reviewing, amending, and negotiating client-facing and other commercial agreements (including NDA, SOW, MSA, DPA, etc.)
• Providing opinions and summaries on matters of IP, contract, commercial, corporate, data privacy law
• Participating in and leading complex legal projects
• Legal research and analysis
• Resolving a diverse range of law-related tasks
