Doctor ELEKS is looking for a Sales Manager in Lviv or Ternopil.

ABOUT PROJECT

Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.
The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of healthcare service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of experience as a B2B Sales Manager
• Background in IT or medical technologies is a strong advantage
• Medical education or experience in healthcare is a plus
• Solid understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product presentation techniques
• Customer-oriented mindset with a clear grasp of the B2B sales process
• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the client database: analyzing business needs, budgets, and identifying key decision-makers
• Developing personalized outreach strategies (channels, messaging, approach)
• Actively generating new leads and handling inbound inquiries (calls, social media, email, online meetings)
• Preparing and delivering product presentations
• Processing client requests and preparing commercial offers
• Understanding the specifics of the municipal non-profit enterprise (MNPE) product and its implementation
• Collecting and relaying client feedback to the marketing and product teams
• Recording all activities in the CRM system, analyzing performance, and presenting results
• Conducting offline visits to healthcare institutions
