Our team is growing fast  Company IdeaInYou is looking for a Project Manager with a very strong software component, who will be a leader and likes to drive the team and processes to work mainly with outstaff projects, as well as outsource projects in e-commerce.

?Requirements:
• English — Intermediate (B1);

• Up to 1 year of experience in project management or software development;
• People management: experience of managing a team of 10+ people, including mentoring & coaching team members;
• Capability to recognize weak points, risks, dependencies and ability to address them;
• Experience in taking full ownership of all aspects of the project, such as: budget, scope, schedule, quality, risks, resources, and issues;
• Strong theoretical background in methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall);
• Experience in establishing processes and improvements;
• Ability to manage critical situations with business stakeholders;
• Autonomy, versatility and proactivity is a must;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

?Responsibilities:
• Manage the team of developers, working on different projects.
• Be the relay of the HR function within the team (setting objectives, IDPs, 1?1 sessions, validating leaves, training needs, etc.);
• Support the client escalation process: communicate regularly on progress and actions to be carried out, contribute to establishing decision-making diagnostic analyzes for qualifying the identified problems;
• Participate in overall project management, time estimation and resource scheduling;
• Tracking project reporting, ensuring key performance indicators;
• Identify and manage project risks and flag major issues early;
• Communication with project stakeholders — business team and external partners.
