We are a Ukrainian startup that helps other companies worldwide with the cost of software and manage & control their spending.
To support our growth, we’re looking for a Middle Finance Specialist to manage bank relationships, oversee account openings, and ensure smooth financial operations.
What you’ll do:
- Communicate with banks in various countries to facilitate the opening of new entities and accounts.
- Gather and prepare all required documentation for account openings.
- Track and manage deadlines related to financial operations and account setups.
- Maintain a payments calendar, ensuring timely execution of transactions.
- Monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts.
Who you are:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Proven experience in financial operations, banking, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with financial documentation and payment workflows.
