Middle Finance Specialist

We are a Ukrainian startup that helps other companies worldwide with the cost of software and manage & control their spending.

To support our growth, we’re looking for a Middle Finance Specialist to manage bank relationships, oversee account openings, and ensure smooth financial operations.

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with banks in various countries to facilitate the opening of new entities and accounts.
• Gather and prepare all required documentation for account openings.
• Track and manage deadlines related to financial operations and account setups.
• Maintain a payments calendar, ensuring timely execution of transactions.
• Monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity across accounts.

Who you are:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Proven experience in financial operations, banking, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with financial documentation and payment workflows.
