We are looking for a Recruitment Lead for our partner - a multinational IT company (head office in Budapest, Hungary).
Responsibilities:
Supervising the work on recruiting process in company:
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

Fluent English (verbal and written, at least B2)
