International product IT company Yesim is looking for an enthusiastic and talented

Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

Yesim is a product company and an ambitious international project that provides first-class mobile internet for corporate and private travellers. We work in 136 countries around the world.

What you will do:

• Analysing marketing metrics and data to identify pricing and product trends — Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to optimise financial performance. — Preparing and supporting the attraction of international investments
• Preparing financial models and financial statements in accordance with GAAP or relevant accounting standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing tax strategies that optimise tax efficiency in accordance with international tax laws.
• Managing cash flow, liquidity and working capital to meet operational needs and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, HR, etc.) to achieve financial objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of internal controls and financial processes to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Similar experience in a senior financial management role in apps/international IT
• -Successful cases in supporting the attraction of additional international investments
• — Strong understanding of apps financial modeling and international accounting — English B2-С1 (conversational skills sufficient for negotiating with financial institutions)
• Education in economics or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a finance manager in an international IT company managing multiple businesses in foreign jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, understanding of management and financial accounting.
• Prior work experience or good knowledge of digital economy and business models.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks/Odoo or other international accounting software.
• Strong technical skills: BI, Microsoft Excel (advanced level), Jira, G-Suite, Odoo or similar
