We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager/Assistant to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Amazon account. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to take on the role of managing the store in the future.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central, including proven remote work experience.
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, PPC, and account health metrics.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Google Docs) and data analysis and tools such as Excel, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
- English proficiency at B2 level (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge and ability to use ChatGPT for task automation.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a desire to grow with the company.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a comfortable workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and keywords).
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s guidelines and policies.
- Monitor and analyze account health metrics, addressing any issues proactively.
- Inventory management:
- Manage stock levels, ensuring products are available to meet customer demand with suppliers and ordering new products.
- Coordinate shipments.
- Provide customer support (responding to messages, managing reviews).
- Control and coordination of the team: PPC specialist, logistician, designer.
- Work with other platforms: Walmart, Shopify, Ebay, Etsy.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media accounts.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze sales metrics and prepare reports.
- Create internal instructions and documentation.
- Other activities necessary for the successful operation and development of the store.
Working terms:
- Full-time, 35-hour work week.
- Flexible schedule, with availability from 8 AM to 12 PM Los Angeles time (6–10 PM Kyiv time).
