Our team is looking for a skilled Project Manager who will strengthen our team and help manage development processes. If you like the dynamics of work processes and know how to work efficiently for results, how to effectively manage projects, set clear goals, manage the workload of developers productively, and be responsible for the quality of the product, then feel free to send your CV! Requirements:

Ability to work in an office in Zhytomyr;
Upper intermediate or above English;
Clear knowledge and understanding of the project life cycle;
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles;
Previous experience working as a Project Manager or similar roles;
Excellent analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, and conflict management skills;
Ability to organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion;
Excellent communication (written & verbal);
Ability to work in multitasking conditions;

Will be an advantage:

Higher technical education;
Good analytical skills;
Basic understanding of the front-end and design process;
Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, and conflict management skills;
Experience working with e-commerce website;

Responsibilities:

Managing team’s workload and capacity;
Communication and interaction with clients;
Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
Organization and support of the development process of several projects;
Be responsible for managing issues, including development, QA, delivery to production, and transition to full implementation;
Control over compliance with time estimates;
Сreation of project and team statistics;
Managing and configuring workflow of project management tool (ClickUp)
