Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on suitable hotels, modes of transport, cost and accommodation.
- Build and promote strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Respond to requests and calculate the total cost of the trip in accordance with their request and offer alternatives if the requested hotels/resorts are fully booked.
- Maintain all personally made reservations and make sure that all services are in order before the guest's arrival and payment is collected by the set date.
- Resolve emerging problems with trips, quickly process complaints and inform the superior about it.
- Provide support to customers, be in touch via the corporate mobile line and e-mail 24/7.
- Generate a "proforma invoice" through the system and follow the deadlines.
- Work with the reservation system, data entry and maintenance.
- Notify partners about special offers, advise on hotel services.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with hotel reservations and sales.
- Carry out your daily routine, check whether all entered reservations are correct and accurate.
- Participate in office meetings: company team meetings, meetings with hotel representatives.
- Achieving the company's sales goals.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by the company's management.
Skills and abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in tourism or any other relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of tourism (tourist company).
- Experience working with different reservation systems.
- The experience of performing about 10-20 booked per day.
- Skills of booking and selling tourist products.
- Ability to work with people and cope with stressful situations.
- Strong character, emotionally stable, purposeful, passionate, creative.
- Good communication skills to build close relationships with agents and hotel management.
- Fluency in English and Russian (both oral and written).
- Business writing skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (especially excel/word), Internet Explorer, Outlook
- Reservation/booking systems.
- The ability to read and calculate contracts from resorts will be a plus.
