Dispatcher (Warsaw)

We are a USA-based logistics company providing services across the North American region. The company has offices in the USA, Mexico, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Poland.

Currently, we are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Warsaw.

What do we offer:

• 5 USD/per hour (netto) + commission.
• 15:00 — 00:00 shift, Mon-Fri
• Work from nice office in center of Warsaw (near Centrum Nauki Kopernyka)

Your responsibilities:

• Working with internal logistics systems.
• Making sure the delivery process goes smoothly and providing our clients with great customer service.
• Putting location and other kinds of updates of the drivers into the database.
• Answering calls/emails from our clients or brokers.
• Monitoring of our transportation applications.
• Clarification of all details with drivers and transport brokers.

Our requirements:

• A good level of both spoken and written English (B2-C1).
• Confident PC user.
• Experience with MS Office and/or G-Suite is desirable.
• Any previous experience in Logistics and/or in US-based companies will be a big plus.
