International carrier company is looking for HR manager for remote position. 
You will be the one to coordinate personnel and looking for new drivers and owner operators for the company's fleet of trucks. 
A great asset for an HR manager are their communication and negotiation skills (in English), ability to understand native and non-native Americans, to be familiar with US trucking industry.

Requirements:

• English — Upper Intermediate / Advanced level ;
• Strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills;
• Stress-resistance, problem-solving skills; 
• Experience in US trucking logistics. 

Key responsibilities :

• Searching new drivers who are meeting company requirements;
• Posting ADS in social media;
• Checking the background of the drivers before the hiring process starts;
