IT Accountant/Bookkeeper

We are looking for a strong IT Accountant / Bookkeeper for a part-time position.You will be a key link between the Ukrainian and Lithuanian teams, involved in building internal financial processes and maintaining high financial reporting standards.

Location: Ukraine (remote)
Type: Part-time to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role based on scope and company growth (80 - 100 hours per month )

Requirements:
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping for IT companies in Ukraine
• Good understanding of local tax laws and accounting standards
• Familiarity with online accounting tools/software
• Ability to communicate in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks for our Ukrainian company
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, CIT, PIT) and accurate financial reporting
• Work closely with our Lithuanian team's external advisors and local Ukrainian team
• Assist in setting up internal processes and bookkeeping systems
• Provide financial insights and support during audits or regulatory reviews• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reporting
