On behalf of our client, an INTERNATIONAL GENERIC PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the PRODUCT MANAGER Rx position.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in Ukraine for the assigned Rx products.
- Provide high-level analysis of potential business and marketing opportunities based on different market insights (e.g., market research, industry, and customer trends) and develop new channel-specific strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate the efficiency of promotional costs.
- Manage brands' sales forecasts and track product performance.
- Monitor the promotion of marketing objectives, strategies, and advertising tactics.
- Provide the internal audience with the necessary information about products, new projects, and activities, ensuring product knowledge among the field force.
- Cooperate with KOLs.
- Plan and organize the company's participation in targeted events (conferences, roundtables, etc.).
- Control and report on the brand budget according to marketing plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Medicine/Pharmaceuticals or related fields.
- 2 years’ experience in a Product Manager (Rx, OTx) position.
- English: Intermediate.
- Strategic thinking, market understanding, and analytical skills.
- Presentation skills and the ability to inspire the sales force team.
- Self-motivation, positive attitude, and flexibility.
- Ability to make quick, effective decisions and communicate effectively.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
