Transport logistic company is looking for fleet assistant (USA operations)

Main requirements:

• Fluent verbal and written English required!
• at least 6 months of fleet maintenance (car, truck etc) or at least 1 year of any kind of office position or persons who are in love with transport devices and are interested in the way they operate;
• computer skills required (MS Office, Web Browsers)

Main duties:

• Keep all trucks and trailers maintenance records on files.
• Scheduling truck services
• Searching and ordering truck and trailer spare parts
• Scheduling appointment at the truck shop or service stations
• Control all maintenance processes
• Communicate with drivers.
