Senior Accountant for Nokian Tyres
International Company dealing with wholesale goods is looking for Senior Accountant.
Key responsibilities
• Support of the VAT block:
- Tax credit and Tax liability (full administration)
- Working with the register in the Electronic Account
- Correspondence with counterparties
- Other assignments related to the VAT block (not included in the paragraphs above)
• Preparation and submission quarterly and monthly reports: 1-OPT, 10-ZEZ, 9-ZEZ
• Preparation and submission of the annual declaration for real estate, calculation, control, and payment of tax
• Administration of electronic document flow at the enterprise, Services Vchasno and MEDOK
• Administration of the block of import of goods and services:
- Financial control and accounting of mutual settlements under contracts
- Working with banks to confirm contracts, invoices, and payments
- Control over receiving and entering data on customs documents
• Verification of information prepared by junior specialists for filing a 4DF report
• Execution of operations for closing the month
• Execution of tasks from the Head of the financial department on various issues of economic activity
Requirements for potential candidates
• Master?s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in an international business environment is a benefit
• Experience on Senior Accountant position from 3 years minimum.
• Knowledge in local GAAP taxation and reporting processes and practices.
• Open-minded and analytical mindset with service driven and proactive attitude.
• Ready to take on new challenges, bring new ideas and question the existing practices to improve and harmonize processes.
• Excellent team-working skills.
