We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in AI-focused development to lead the creation and ownership of an AI-driven coaching and enterprise platform. This role involves delivering production-grade features, maintaining shared AI development environments, and advancing AI-assisted workflows and solutions.
Please note that remote work is available only for candidates based in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a shared AI-agents development environment
- Advance project-level AI skills, rules, and memory frameworks
- Design and deliver backend and frontend features
- Build APIs, pipelines, and environments aligning with established conventions
- Ensure architectural consistency and development quality
- Leverage automated AI review agents to optimize code quality
- Enhance developer experience through AI-assisted tooling and workflows
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience with .NET, Azure, and Angular
- Background in AI-First development approaches
- Understanding of architectural principles and clean code practices
- Proficiency in Azure infrastructure and services
- Capability to manage end-to-end vertical slices within projects
- Qualifications in Git branching strategies and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, MCP, and model-context tools
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
