Role Descriptions:
As a QA Engineer who will join our dev team, you will be able to make an impact on both QA processes and our platform quality. You will be responsible for the overall quality of our product, while ensuring the success of major, minor, and patch releases. We are looking for someone who has proven strong technical skills, can multitask (context switch), can learn fast
on his/her own. You will need to work both as part of a team (team player is key) and independently, under pressure. We are looking for someone who is meticulous in his/her work and passionate about testing and seeking to further develop his skills in manual and looking to acquire automation testing knowledge.
Responsibilities:
? While primarily responsible for Quality Assurance of our platform, you are expected to proactively contribute in agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand ups and retrospectives;
? Black box testing following existing test plans and self-written test plans:
-odefining test plan and test cases for new products and product features;
-oregularly execute sanity and regression tests for correctness and usability;
-oexploratory testing on newly developed features;
-ocreating new tests if missing as well as updating and improving tests where necessary;
? Work on automation tests coverage;
? Review of automation tests results;
? Work closely with people across product, design and support teams to help develop an amazing customer experience;
? Deep dive into complex problems & find their root cause;
? Approve new versions to be released to production;
? Find defects, reproduce and report those defects.
Requirements:
?2-4 years’ experience in a web environment/B2C;
?Experience with automation (C#, Git);
?Experience in designing test plans (STP, STD);
?Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
?Basic knowledge in SQL;
?Attention to details;
?Comfortable in fast paced, high-growth start-up environment;
?Excellent communication skills;
?Fluent English written and spoken - a must;
?Experience in working within a scrum team (Agile).
Will be a plus:
?Experience in CI/CD Process;
?Knowledge in TDD, BDD.
