Brand Specialist

Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Brand Executive, who will join our SFP ( Smoke-Free Products) Marketing Team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Analyze current brand performance, market and consumer trends to identify the portfolio gaps/ opportunities and articulate an action plan.
• Prepare business cases with the rationale and measurable targets in order to support product initiatives, ensure alignment/approval at different levels.
• Coordinate several projects simultaneously in frames of the set deadlines, delivering the result in collaboration with other team members. 
• Lead product development/adaptation process, including packaging and other materials preparation. Deliver marketing product submissions and follow up on approval, alignment with PMI and commercialization through the gate process.
• Develop and present field briefs. 
• Monitor the performance of new product launch versus targets: gather data and analyze post-launch performance (OPIs/ KPIs achievement, consumer feedback, consumer behavior) to come up with learnings/ improvements. 
• Evaluate the new products` potential, prepare user and volume projections as well as provide guidance to the supply chain team for further inputs to sales forecasts.
• Make valuable inputs to the portfolio strategy and long-term plans based on brand performance as well as in-depth market/ consumer needs study.

• Well-developed technical skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
• English - Intermediate+; Ukrainian– fluent.
