Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its partner is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist.
Purpose
Support the development, production, delivery, and installation of trade equipment in retail stores to ensure a premium brand image and effective product visibility.
Key accountabilities:
- Drive trade marketing projects and bring branded retail equipment to life across points of sale.
- Transform business ideas into impactful in-store solutions by partnering with designers, suppliers, and commercial teams.
- Manage the full lifecycle of POSM and trade equipment projects, from briefing and production to delivery and installation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and coordinate the timely production of marketing materials.
- Partner with Sales and Key Account teams to maximize brand visibility and execution excellence in retail environments.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and operational processes to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree.
- 1+ year of experience in trade marketing, analytics, reporting, or project coordination, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and confident PowerPoint user.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
- Understanding of tender processes as a plus.
- SAP, AutoCAD, and knowledge of production processes will be considered a plus.
- English - Intermediate+ (as a plus).
