About the Role
On behalf of our client — a leading international company — we are looking for a Senior Legal Analyst to join their dynamic legal team. This role focuses on providing business-oriented legal advice, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and help mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders across various functions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements
- Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory developments impacting business operations.
- Support implementation of internal policies and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, ensuring legal interests are protected.
- Work closely with external counsel where required.
- Escalate complex or high-risk issues appropriately.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer
- 5–7 years of relevant experience (combination of law firm and in-house preferred).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong experience in commercial contracting and negotiation.
- Solid understanding of regulatory matters.
- Experience working with international or multinational companies is an advantage.
