Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its Partner, is looking for a Consumer Experience Specialist, who will support the team in consumer journey projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Contributing into the development of projects related to understanding consumer perspectives/experience in various channels.
- Support in re-listening and validation of calls via respected programs and results of additional consumer experience. BAU support of other consumer journey projects and consumer behavior analysis (“field” visits etc).
- Further translating insights from consumer into clear, actionable recommendations for business users to implement effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced user experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to details.
- Experience in calls/questionary validation or work in call center will be beneficial.
- Ability to analyze a range of data, derive meaningful insights and interpret findings into actionable recommendations.
- Solid communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Intermediate English level
