We are looking for an Intern in Customer Care department to join us on a paid part-time internship program for the Customer Support Consultant Position

We Provide: 

• Paid internship program in International IT company in Kyiv for 6 months and possible extension during your studies 
• Flexible 4 hour working schedule (9-13 or 14-18 or 15-19, overall: 20 hours per week)
• Opportunity to work full-time after the internship

Your profile:

• Linguistic or technical university students in their final years
• Good verbal and writing skills at upper-intermediate level in Spanish, and English, and Ukrainian
• Young and Striving Specialists
• Customer oriented approach
• Good communicator with ability to ask and listen

Areas of responsibilities:

• Accept calls, collect and provide basic information from/to customers, hand over to technical specialists
• Create cases from the calls using company`s CRM
• Collect software issues
