Operational Manager (Contract Logistics Department)

Your Impact

As an Operational Manager (CL Department), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of the Contract Logistics department
• Analyze human, technical, and material resources
• Define warehouse types, locations, and capacity requirements
• Coordinate cost calculations for warehousing and storage
• Develop and implement initiatives to optimize warehouse costs
• Analyze efficiency of warehouse space utilization
• Participate in implementation of company and CL strategy
• Collaborate with regional teams to support business development
• Participate in development and implementation of new projects
• Conduct tenders and select contractors
• Develop business plans, contracts, and agreements
• Prepare and manage the budget for the CL product

Requirements:

• 3+ years of similar role experience 
• Experience in people management and team development
• Strong project management skills
• Confident communication across all organizational levels
• Self-motivated with strong leadership abilities
• Advanced computer skills, including experience with warehouse IT systems
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
