We are a UK fintech creating successful neobanks in emerging markets in partnerships with local traditional banks.

Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing, and deep credit decision-making expertise.

One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.

We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market-leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and gained solid traction.

India is our next market, and we are looking to launch in the next six months. We are currently building a core team there.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead a team of data analysts to ensure the high quality of analytical reports and dashboards.
• Verify the team’s work results to ensure they meet the set requirements and quality standards.
• Detail and clarify requirements for analytical tasks from business clients, ensuring their full and accurate understanding by the team.
• Organize and conduct code reviews to improve code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for data handling within the team.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to optimize business processes and enhance the efficiency of analytical activities.

Who you are

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, including experience in leading projects or teams.
• Profound knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems, such as ClickHouse.
• Experience with BI tools, including Looker Studio, and the ability to create informative dashboards.
• Experience in code review and applying best practices in code writing.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical experts and business partners.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate business requirements into analytical tasks.
• Experience with Git and DBT is considered an advantage.
