Support Engineer/Junior Devops

Your responsibilities:

• Working in a development and service support team, interacting with analysts, developers, and testers
• Incident management, analysis, identification, and resolution of service operation issues
• Read logs of service and microservice operations
• Ensuring fast and efficient issue resolution in the production environment of services for which the team is responsible
• Creating/updating/analyzing documentation for the support team’s business processes
• Writing technical requirements for building process monitoring (both business and technical)

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software support
• 2+ years of experience with Java, Kafka, WildFly and JBoss; DB: Postgres (MySQL, Oracle)
• Ability to analyze and correct errors based on service, microservice and software log data
• Understanding of microservices operation principles
• Experience working with Kubernetes and Helm for various environments
• Knowledge of incident and problem management processes
• Experience with tools, techniques and platforms for defect tracking, execution and the ability to configure them at the required level
• Understanding of SDLC
• SCRUM and Kanban

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of various communication protocols (REST, gRPC, events, messaging)
• Experience working with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, Github, AWS, ArgoCD, Vault, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Linux, AIX, Confluence, Terraform/Terragrunt, AWS services, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM

Що ви будете робити:

• Робота в командах розробки та підримки, співпраця з розробниками, командою підтримки та тестувальниками
• Управління інцидентами, аналіз, виявлення та вирішення питань роботи сервісу
• Читати логи сервісу та мікросервісу
• Забезпечувати швидке та ефективне вирішення проблем в Prod середовищі, за які відповідає команда
• Створювати/оновлювати/аналізувати документацію команди підтримки бізнес процесів
• Писати технічні вимоги для побудови процесу моніторингу (бізнес та технічні)

Необхідний досвід:

• 2+ років досвіду в підтримці ПЗ
• 2+ років досвіду з Java, Kafka, WildFly and JBoss; DB: Postgres (MySQL, Oracle)
• Можливість аналізувати і коригувати помилки на основі даних сервісу, мікросервісу і ПЗ
• Розуміння принципів роботи мікросервісу
• Досвід роботи з Kubernetes та Helm для різних середовищ
• Знання в управлінні інцидентами та проблемами
• Досвід роботи з інструментами, технологіями та платформами для відстеження дефектів, можливість та виконання їх налаштування на необхідному рівні
• Розуміння процесу SDLC
• Розуміння принципів SCRUM та Kanban

Буде плюсом:
