- Assist in coordinating crew deployments and assignments for our clients' vessels.
- Maintain accurate records of crew qualifications, certifications, and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with crew members, clients, and internal teams.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Crew Manager to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database management.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in crew management.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Prior experience in office administration or maritime industry is a plus but not required.
