Experience and Skills:

• Experience in leading content departments and work with various types of content: text formats (blog articles, interviews, landings, emails, SMM posts), video, graphics, text formats;

• Knowledgeable in building optimal processes for content creation in each of these formats;

• Capable of managing content production quality and ensuring adherence to necessary standards;

• Practical experience in scaling and managing content production;

• Understanding of marketing and product experiments related to content to gather information about the target audience and users, receive product feedback, improve engagement, etc.;

• Familiar with content marketing metrics of success;

• Specializes in English-language content;

• Practical experience in managing remote teams;

• Sincerely interested in the field of marketing and wants to work in a company specifically in this sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and keep ownership for content strategies and plans according to the company's product and marketing strategies

• Build and manage a remote content production team of various types (text content, video, graphic);

• Ensure content creation for the Claspo website (both blog and commercial pages), social networks, and other channels;

• Establish a regular and uninterrupted process of creating content of the required quality level and according to the product vision;

• Serve as the main point of contact for all content creation issues, prioritize requests, coordinate content department actions with other employees and teams;

• Manage content quality in the broadest sense (technical and informational compliance, style and tone of voice, compliance with internal customer requirements, content timeliness, etc.);

• Manage content efficiency and ensure achievement of engagement metrics;

• Create specific types of content according to plans and project needs;

• Participate in product and marketing growth experiments related to content.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in the content field;

• 1+ years in leadership positions directly related to content production;

• Practical experience in managing the production of various types of content (video, graphic, and text content);

• Knowledge of basic product and marketing analytics;

• Practical experience in product and marketing experiments will be an advantage;

• Skills in content quality management;

• Skills in managing remote teams;

• English language: С1 or higher.
