Required Skills and Experience:
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Ability to work by schedule:
- 5 pm - 1 am
- US Holidays are off
- Multitasking
- Strong phone presence
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Strong customer service skills, as well as follow-through, required
- Experience working remotely with technology platforms preferred
Responsibilities:
- Customer Facing role responsible for making calls daily to current customers to identify opportunities to sell additional products as well as identifying any challenges the customer may be experiencing
- Expected to become a product expert for both the software and hardware associated with GPSTab
- Need to be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver
