Business Analyst

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to be part of our financial team.

With one single API integration, we enable our customers, including web2print providers, publishers, and Fortune 500 companies, to connect and route print jobs to local print providers worldwide.

What You Will Do:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, aiding in our mission to innovate within the print industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creation and summary of invoices for clients on a monthly/weekly basis, and internal invoices for tax declarations.
• Addressing corrections based on tickets, other requests from internal teams, and investigating discrepancies.
• Coordination of payment requests for supply invoices with relevant stakeholders.
• Conducting margin analysis and sales reports to guide strategic decision-making.
• Posting client payments to the payment account ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Cross-checking of invoices from our internal system with VAT reports for discrepancies.
• Oversight of invoice checks for new clients and suppliers to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

Who We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Commerce, or a related field. A Master's degree or an accounting designation (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, ideally with exposure to strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a rapid-growth environment.
• Past work experience in technology or SaaS companies, highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to identify financial improvement opportunities.
• A comprehensive understanding of financial operations and keen insight to aid in financial negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating an ability to work collaboratively and drive positive change within the finance department and the organization.
