Please be informed that ING Bank Ukraine is looking for the member of Client Services Team who is highly motivated to create value to ING Bank Ukraine by displaying client-oriented and responsible service approach.

Main tasks & responsibilities

Handling various operational inquiries of corporate clients with focus on:

  • Single point of contact for operational inquiries of clients, ensures resolution of clients questions, issues, incidents;
  • Preparation and analysis of Current Account opening and ING Channels connectivity documentation/modifications for clients in the course of account opening and client life cycle in the Bank;
  • Involvement in Know Your Customer (KYC) within pre and upon establishment of a relationship, including identification, verification and studying of client;
  • Coordinates product service advisory and implementation with other involved departments in the Bank and ING Network divisions (e.g. Bratislava HUB, Client Services/Implementation teams of ING Group);
  • Interaction with others service units of ING Network;
  • Providing insights for products and service improvements;
  • Actualization of the client information available to the bank;
  • Processing of clients' documents and operational requests;
  • Providing clients with consultation on operational process and bank requirements
  • Taking part in key control testing according to Current Accounts process control standard

Work environment:

Working in the Client Loyalty Team requires interaction with almost all functions of the bank, client services teams and service organizations of ING Network. 

 Profile/skills required:

  • Working experience in the bank with similar work profile
  • Bachelor or Masters in Economics or Banking;
  • Excellent communication skills: able to interact with people on different levels of seniority understand complex matters quickly, ability to work in the team;
  • Strong client and business focus. Understanding client's needs and addressing client's requirements;
  • Creative, open to find new solutions, identify process improvements areas;
  • Knowledge of English, Ukrainian (writing and speaking level sufficient to perform job tasks);
  • Ability for elaboration the action plan to be able to manage the assignments under pressure and short deadlines;
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high number of priorities; 
  • Accurate: quality of work should match with high standards of our stakeholders;
  • Experience within client services organization or bank operations;
  • Knowledge and understanding of bank products with focus on Transactional services;
  • Knowledge of applicable local legislation in respect of client on/offboarding, payments, AML;
  • Good knowledge of MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good collaboration and team working skills.
