LeQB design studio is looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Manager to join our talented team.

You are our type of candidate if you:

SPEAK and WRITE IN ENGLISH FLUENTLY, we mean it! Understand the intentions behind the words. Can use any situation to your advantage. This is the position for the wolf of Wall Street in design, who is driven by helping other people do what you want them to. Namely — to have their home designed by us.

What we expect:

  • Fluent written C1 and spoken a solid B2 English at least. If you don’t have any certificate that proves your level, be ready to pass 2 tests if selected;
  • 2+ years of experience in sales. Proactiveness and strong interpersonal skills. Well-developed business communication skills. Ability to turn qualities into advantages and unique offers.
  • Be proficient in Office suite or similar document processing programs. Be reachable by phone/email at any time.

We consider the following as advantage:

  • Knowledge of Arabic country. Successfully passed courses in Psychology or Sales.
  • Understanding the graphic design market.
  • Previous sales experience in the design sphere.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Work with the clients from processing their requests to closing the deal. No cold calls, tons of emails, shouting into the void — we work with interested customers only. Create and change the clients' database information and supporting documents.
  • Proactive work with leads responding to messages on social networks, prompt processing of converted leads, phone calls, and online meetings with customers.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for participation in tenders and competitions. Search for new ways to develop&promote the studio.
  • THE MOST IMPORTANT TASK: to sell the products, not just consult the clients.
