Logistics Manager

Our Client, international pharmaceutical company is looking for Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics service provider contract, including: validation of data and value, control of payment, creation of annexes to the contract, alignment of details with provider, control of approval process. 

• Ensure supply planning according to lead time; 

• Ensure the import and customs clearance process 

• Control of timely QA release for inbound shipments 

• Customers’ orders, claims management 

• Preparing of logistics relevant monthly reporting  

• Processing of different data base with orders/payments history, etc. 

• Forecasting; 

• Management of the process for applying to regional and national tenders; 

• Conduct monthly S&OP meetings with relevant internal functions 

• Inventory management; 

• Customers Contract management 

• Monitoring and tacking appropriate actions in customers account receivables 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of supply chain experience on the Managerial or Senior position in a pharmaceutical company; 

• Knowledge of distribution mechanism; 

• Knowledge of tender process; 

• Understanding of customs clearance process and fundamentals of foreign economic activity; 

• At least Upper-intermediate in English; 

• High level of self-management and accountability.
