Зараз ми у пошуку для них спеціаліста на позицію Менеджера з розвитку бізнесу (BDM).
The Business Development Manager is a key specialist responsible for developing and achieving sales volume and profit in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve territory sales budget by executing the sales strategy.
- Develop and manage the key account strategy for the region.
- Establish new customer relationships, while managing the existing clients.
- Maintain and progress the project pipeline for the region.
- Document the activities in CRM.
- Educate clients on company’s solutions to contribute to increased penetration in the market.
- Create, manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, customized sales & marketing programs that are consistent with the channel strategy to intentionally optimize share within the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization, as well as global team members.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and solution oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in Sales in commercial buildings or heating and plumbing.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and communication skills.
- Experience in a technical added value specification sales, business model and project sales processes.
- Experience with a CRM system (salesforce would be preferred).
- Self-directed, ability to make sound decisions under pressure and self-reliant.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and matrix environment.
- English language on at least communicative level is required for communication and future development.
- Willingness/ability to travel and valid driver licence.
