TP-Link Ukraine is seeking B2B sales to help continuously growth in the Enterprise Business Group

As a market leaders in networking space, TP-Link target to establish horizontal salesforce network, looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the depth and breadth of B2B channel management together with our distributor. Base on networking and security one-stop solution, this will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards. The work is remote but involves business trips around Ukraine.

Position Overview:

As Distribution Account Manager, you will represent a pivotal role in developing our business in disti channel, including value added and board line disti. You will be responsible for recruitment of new B2B potential partner, organigzing workshop, roadshow, webinar training with and though disti, digging the database from disti for vertical partner and end user(public sector, education, military, hospitality, electrical etc.)

Job Description:

· Overall B2B business management with distributor channel, including channel development, sales solutions delivery and related MKT activity.

·Dig and Recognize new partner account with disti database, and salesforce, focus on system integrator, B2B reseller and installer.

· Drive and motivate disti sales and product team to sell our completed category solution(Omada+VIGI), grow Inhouse share within disti.

· Identify and nature new value added distributor, focus on vertical like networking, CCTV, electrical, UC, etc.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, vertical sales, marketing and technical support to deliver completed solution service and brand value.

· Keep involvement with and insight into B2B market trends and distribution channel update, competitor actions and market news, and align to decision-making.

· Summarize and present sales report.

We are looking for:

· Proven sales experience in the B2B sectors (enterprise networking and security related experience as an advantage).

· In-dept with B2B distributors and good understanding of B2B market, well-known engagement of local partners and know how on kick-off business with disti.

· Target oriented to achieve and exceed sales targets, ownership and independent ability to generate new accounts and ensure local sales pipeline runs well.

· 3+ years B2B sales experienceis required, ready for sitting together with disti, stay with and listen to disti sales and product team in daily work.

· Experience in project management and recording account pipeline and database.

·  Upper intermediate English.

·  Driving license category B.
