Senior Key Account Manager

YOUR MISSION

As a Strategic Accounts Leader, you will be a key representative in the Glovo Account Management team, responsible for managing one of the company's top partnerships. You will work with popular brands, stores, and restaurants in the region to grow their revenues.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts, aligning with company goals and partner growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams for comprehensive partner management.
• Address and resolve partner issues proactively.
• Build strong relationships through consistent communication.
• Evaluate and report on your portfolio and KPIs, taking actions to meet goals.
• Grow partners through promotions and marketing activations.
• Optimize visibility through marketing actions with partners.
• Improve revenue through commission renegotiation and asset sales.
• Enhance partner efficiency to deliver top service.
• Teach partners to use the manager portal for self-sufficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• At least 3 years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy.
• Ability to comfortably work in a high-growth and high-performance company with a fast pace.
• Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google tools (Google Docs, Sheets & Slides, Drive); Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Upper Intermediate level of English.
• Strong commercial skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills. (Nego skills)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
