LVMH Beauty Ukraine (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) is looking for a Financial Controller.

LVMH Beauty Ukraine is a division of the French multinational luxury goods concern LVMH. Our brands are such historic Houses such as Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy and Guerlain, Kenzo, Loewe and Acqua di Parma.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of a full monthly reporting package (BS, P&L, etc.) for submission to HQ in accordance with the defined deadlines for the company's two brands;
• Working closely with the accounting, marketing, logistics departments to ensure accurate financial reporting;
• Financial analysis and analytical indicators to support business processes in the company;
• Work on monthly reports as well as ad hoc reports;
• Lead role in the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the company's two brands;
• Ensuring continuous monitoring and analysis of budget execution and actual performance;
• Control of accounts receivable of the company's customers and communication with HQ on credit controlling;
• Preparation of quarterly reports according to IRFS standards;
• Analyzing the company's profitability;
• Assist in organizing the audit of financial statements (coordinating, collecting, preparing and providing information for the audit);
• Preparation of presentations on the company's financial activities.

Requirements:

• Higher education (University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Taxation or a related field);
• Strong knowledge and skills in financial analytics, accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (in analytics/finance and controlling;
• Experience in financial reporting (BS, P&L, CF)
• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• Confident user of MS Excel (Advanced level: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and financial modeling);
• English - Upper-Intermediate level
