We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead full-cycle real estate development projects — from concept to delivery and post-launch operations, who is willing to relocate to Bali (or partly remote).
What you’ll do:
- Drive end-to-end project execution (concept > design > construction > sales)
- Lead collaboration between investors, developers, designers, and contractors
- Oversee design, tendering, construction, and budgeting
- Ensure high-quality delivery, timelines, and cost control
- Work closely with marketing & sales teams to maximize project success
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in real estate development project management
- Experience with projects 5,000+ sq.m.
- Strong network in construction/design ecosystem
- Solid understanding of design, construction, and project economics
- English B1+
- Willingness to relocate to Bali
