USA Freight Broker Agent (With Book of Business)
We are a US-based freight brokerage with solid experience in dry van, reefer, and flatbed freight. Our focus is on collaborating with established freight agents who maintain active shipper networks and are looking for a transparent, dependable, and supportive partner to help grow their book. You bring your shippers - we provide the best services.
We are looking for an Independent Agent who:
- Maintain an established portfolio of clients
- Work with active shippers across the U.S.
- Handle freight on a consistent weekly basis
- Possess strong knowledge of rates, load coordination, and selecting reliable carriers
- Look for improved commission splits, quicker payouts, and dependable back-office support
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in U.S. freight brokerage.
- A current, active book of shippers.
- Verified weekly load volume.
- Strong negotiation abilities and solid communication skills.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours.
- English level B1+
Responsibilities:
-Bring your existing shipping clients and continue overseeing their freight needs.
- Generate steady daily or weekly load opportunities and negotiate competitive rates.
- Arrange trucks with support from our operations team.
- Monitor each load from pickup to delivery and provide timely status updates.
- Keep all shipment information accurately recorded in the TMS.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with your customer base.
